Valid Grounds for Refund
A refund will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- There is a clear and visible deficiency in the service or product purchased from ITReFiling.
- ITReFiling fails to provide the purchased service due to factors directly attributable to us.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be entertained in the following cases:
- If a customer requests a refund solely due to a change of mind, without any fault or deficiency on ITReFiling’s part.
- After the work has been completed and shared with you, refund requests due to a change of mind will not be accepted. However, the amount paid may be adjusted against an alternative ITReFiling service of equivalent value, either in full or part.
- Refund requests raised 30 days after the purchase of a service or product has been completed and duly communicated (via email or any other channel) will be deemed invalid.
Refund Approval & Process
If your refund request is approved by ITReFiling:
- We will process the refund and notify you via email.
- Refunds may take a minimum of 15 business days to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
- ITReFiling will handle the refund process with care and ensure that approved refunds are completed at the earliest possible time.
